Order Policy

At AaharPack, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent ordering process for all our customers. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our platform.

1. Order Placement

  • AaharPack orders can be placed online through the app, website, or by phone.
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Certain products, such as paper cups, pizza boxes, and food containers, may require a minimum order quantity depending on the category.
  • Product Specifications: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that correct product specifications (e.g., dimensions, designs, materials) are selected before confirming the order.
  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email or SMS will be sent after successful order placement, providing the order summary, estimated delivery time, and payment information.

2. Order Modification

  • Modification Window: Any changes to the order (quantity, product type, or delivery details) must be communicated to our customer helpline within 12 hours of order placement. No modifications will be allowed after this period.
  • Availability: Modifications are subject to the current production status and availability. AaharPack reserves the right to accept or reject modification requests based on the production schedule.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placement without any penalty.
  • Cancellation During Confirmation Call: If customers wish to cancel their order, they should inform the representative during the order confirmation call. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled.
  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders with customizations or advance payments cannot be canceled.
  • In-Production Orders: Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, and customers could be charged for materials and labor costs incurred.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Price Changes: Prices listed on AaharPack may vary due to market fluctuations. However, the price at the time of order confirmation will remain final for that specific order.
  • Payment Terms: Payments must adhere to the terms outlined in the invoice. Customized orders require a minimum 50% advance, while non-customized orders must be paid in full.
  • Payment Method: Payments are accepted via RTGS into our designated bank account.
  • Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, a deposit may be required before production begins, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Times: Standard delivery times range from 5-15 business days, depending on the product and order size. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping or transportation costs must be covered by the customer. These costs are not included in the order invoice.
  • Payment for Shipping: Your order will be shipped only after the final payment has been completed.
  • Delivery Delays: AaharPack is not liable for any delays caused by third-party courier services, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Responsibility for Damage: AaharPack is not responsible for any damages or defects found at the time of delivery. The customer must address such issues with the transport service provider responsible for delivery.
  • Transport Provider Policies: Any claims related to product damage or defects must be resolved in accordance with the terms of the transport service provider.

7. Custom Orders

  • Accuracy of Specifications: For custom orders, customers must provide accurate artwork and specifications. AaharPack is not liable for any discrepancies resulting from incorrect customer input.
  • Non-Refundable: Custom orders are non-refundable unless they are proven to have production defects or do not match the provided specifications.
  • Color Variation: AaharPack is not responsible for minor color variations in custom-printed orders.

8. Return Policy

  • No Returns: AaharPack does not accept returns for either standard or custom-made products unless they are proven to be defective.

9. Bulk Orders

  • Bulk Discounts: Discounts are available for large orders. Contact our sales team for more information.
  • Extended Lead Time: Bulk orders may require longer production times, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.
